General Terms & Conditions (TCs)
- To qualify as a participant in the competition, individuals must:
- Have paid membership dues for 2021 in Adult or Student category
- Follow @waterallianceuae
- Post a photo on their Instagram account showing their member card
- Tag @waterallianceuae on the picture
2. Participants who correcty fulfilled the above conditions will be eligible to win one of several sustainable gifts from our Corporate Ally members.
3. Water Alliance will identify the winning members based on the number of likes received on a post. Any posts incorrectly tagged or not visible to Water Alliance for any reason (private account) may not be considered in the competition.
4. Gift prizes may not be exchanged or claimed after the validity of the gift as per any specific T&Cs below.
5. Winners will be notified through Instagram regarding their prize gift after the close of the competition.
6. Winners must respond within 48 hours or the gift will be re-allocated to another winner.
7. Winners understand that their contact details will be given to the company in order that they can receive their prize.
8. There is no age restriction to participate in this action; however, for winners under the age of 18, the prize must be collected or received by a parent who will need to provide their contact details to Water Alliance and the concerned company.
9. Additional Terms & Conditions may be added at any time during the duration of this social media activation.
10. The activation may also be stopped at any time at the sole discretion of Water Alliance, announced gifts may be replaced by similar alternatives or removed, and no compensation to any participant would be required.
11. Water Alliance is not responsible for the functioning or warranty of any gift provided in the context of this give-away activation. Each participating company is responsible for the product they offer pursuant to their own general business practices and the specific stipulations noted in the below.
