Water Alliance is teaming up with Reedz audio books to give our members and supporters a fantastic opportunity to truly be heard! Are you concerned with the global water crisis and the current condition of our planet? Do the facts surrounding the immense water footprint humanity is leaving on Earth bother you?
Write a short story with your solution and enter the global competition to get your story published as your very own audiobook in more than 25 languages and dialects on AppStore and Google Play. Your audiobook will reach and inspire people all across the globe!
The Reedz writing competition on the topic of Our Sustainable Planet is aimed at creating fact-based stories on how to live within the limits of nature, our home. Any young person, aged 8 – 18 can enter the competition by submitting a short story (not to exceed 500 words) written for a junior audience of their peers. Our student members will get a full brief on the Water Footprint of things this month that will help them write a compelling story.
Ten winning essays across three age categories will be published as audiobooks and these winners will also receive a free, 1-year Reedz membership. On the entry form, be sure to also indicate ‘Water Alliance UAE’ in the box for ‘school name’ so we’ll know you took part! Entries are accepted until 4th June 2021 via this LINK.
